Lucky for you, Vans releases the #36, or as we know it now, the Old Skool. It catches your eye immediately because of the Sidestripe emblazoned on both sides of the shoe. You try your new kicks out the next time you go skating and find out that Vans has done it again – these shoes are reinforced with leather panels so you won’t blow out your shoes in a few weeks (or days).

The Old Skool is a classic and enjoys waves of popularity that never quite let it fall out of the public consciousness. It’s so easy to pair with jeans and T-shirt that there’s no good reason not to wear it out almost every day.
